Winners & Next Appearance

I have been up to my eyeballs in a deadline. (How’s that for a mental picture. LOL) Hence, my absence from my website. Sorry, gang. But I have my novella pretty well cranked out and I’m waiting on my critiquers to get back with me. More on this later.

On to what you really want to hear…the winners of the drawing from my blog tour. I stopped at 7 different sites and had 60 comments. That gave me such a warm fuzzy that I decided to give away not one, but THREE copies of my book. Woot!

And the winners are: Margaret E. Reid, Sandra Dailey and Jannine Gallant. Yah! Thank you, ladies. I hope you enjoy the book. ♥

Next on the agenda: I’m participating in the first ever, Into the Book: A Festival for Readers and Writers, taking place this Saturday, September 15, 2012 at the Bartlesville (OK) Public Library between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Dozens of authors will be there selling their books. If you’re in the area and would like to stop in and say ‘Hi’, I’d love to see you. I’m hoping a lot of my former co-workers who now live in Bartlesville will drop by.

Okay. I think that has me about caught up. Here’s a poster of the event on Saturday with a bit more info on there.

See ya’!

About Linda Trout

I'm a retired accountant who loves a little space around me. What better way to think of new story ideas than under a tall tree, birds chirping, gofers digging, dogs barking, and cats demanding to be in your lap? When I'm totally bored, I climb on my Harley and go for a ride. That'll blow the cobwebs out of your brain.
